...firstly, I was at a dinner table with a family that kind of looked Asian. We were all sitting around the table and they had a little bird that was flying around. They were trying to catch him and when he landed toward me, I scooped him up. I took him over to where his cage was to put him up. There seem to be something about a grandmother figure that was on her deathbed or was very sick. (That part is lost.) I was then at a get-together at Tracy Tart's (dream) house with a bunch of kids running around. It was a ranch-looking place with lots of buildings. It seems I was going to be staying there because I remember looking out at the skyline thinking that's what I would be looking out at from now on. Despite it being a ranch kind of place with lots of land, we were actually in town. As I was looking into the sky, I saw these weird clouds. They had straight lines and angles like a square and I kept moving around to see if I could get a good view of them to take a picture with my phone. I couldn't believe how weird they looked. I snapped a couple of pictures with my phone. When I went to look at the pictures, I couldn't find them in the gallery and realized that I had an app open when I had taken those pictures. I was afraid that the pictures would now be gone if I close out the app. I was looking for those when I heard somebody walking near me. Robert Summerlin was there walking down the road. It was getting dark out. In the dream, he was a widower and I remember thinking maybe he had just gotten another divorce and he didn't want people to know because that would have been his third one. And maybe she wasn't really dead. Oddly, I had been divorced by Aaron. My brain was trying to see through the dream because Robert's dead in real life and I wouldn't divorce. I was trying to figure out why dream Aaron had divorce me and if he was really going to stick with it. I wanted to text him and see what he was doing and ask him if he was sure he wanted to be divorced. I wanted to know why. I guess that's why I was at Tracy's house. She was going to let me stay there since I was now divorced. That's why I was trying to see the sky and, sadly, what I would be looking at from now on...

Thank you for sharing such a rich and vivid dream. There’s a lot of symbolism and emotional nuance woven throughout, and I’ll gently explore some of the themes and images using a calm, reflective perspective. The dinner table scene with the family and the little bird suggests themes of care, connection, and perhaps the desire to protect something delicate or fleeting. Birds often symbolize freedom or the spirit, and your action of gently catching and tending to the bird may reflect a nurturing impulse—holding onto something precious amid uncertainty. The mention of a grandmother figure who is very sick or on a deathbed introduces the presence of change, endings, or the passage of time. Even if this part feels lost, it can symbolize transitions in the family or within yourself, a recognition of mortality or the need to say goodbye to a chapter of life. At Tracy’s ranch-like house with many kids, there is a sense of community, vitality, and new beginnings mixed with groundedness (a ranch usually conjures open space and earthiness). However, the detail that this ranch setting is actually within town may suggest a blending of freedom and responsibility, or an in-between place—somewhere familiar yet offering a new perspective. It may represent your feelings about finding a new place or mindset after a significant life shift. The unusual clouds shaped with straight lines and angles stand out as symbols of something strange or unnatural disrupting the sky—the often vast and fluid realm of emotions or thoughts. Your attempts to capture these clouds with your phone and your anxiety about losing the photos suggest a desire to hold onto clarity or understanding in a confusing or precarious moment. The elusive nature of the images may point toward feelings of uncertainty or the difficulty in grasping how things really are. Robert Summerlin’s presence as a widower and the imagined scenario of another divorce touch on themes of loss, secrets, and resilience. Your awareness that this doesn’t align with reality (since Robert is deceased and you wouldn’t actually divorce) shows your mind working with symbolic characters to explore the idea of endings, relationships, and perhaps re-evaluation of what’s real or permanent. The core emotional thread seems to revolve around loss, change, and the processing of ending a relationship—represented by the divorce from dream-Aaron. Your desire to reach out to him and understand the reasons behind the divorce highlights a longing for communication, clarity, and reassurance amid transition. Tracy’s offer of shelter at her home could symbolize support systems or safe spaces you envision turning to during vulnerable times. Lastly, positioning yourself looking at the “new” skyline refers to facing a new horizon—with both its unknowns and possibilities. The sadness you feel there may be acknowledging the bittersweet reality of moving forward after loss, seeking meaning in what the future holds. Overall, your dream paints a complex emotional landscape centered on care, endings, change, and the search for understanding and stability. It invites gentle reflection on what feels fragile or uncertain and honors the deep human need to connect and find solace during times of transition.
