So this one was a Very close call to me. In this dream, I was on the outside a very normal looking woman with blue eyes, brown hair, and pale-tan skin. But whenever I feel the need, I could reveal a nightmarish side which has lamprey on my back, sharp teeth, demonic blue eyes, clawed fingers, and a bloody hole where my heart should be. This started with a visit to the apothecary as my friend was looking for medicinal herbs and some potions. A man asked me for help with a difficult love potion which I did so before leaving. An hour later, I went to the bathroom and saw the guy looking at me through the stall gap. I narrowed my eyes and when he tried shooting the very love potion I helped him make, i blocked it with my forearm and my nightmarish form was revealed for a moment, long enough for one of the lamprey to shoot forward and break the vial containing the potion. I smiled and finished while he was in shock, I said calmly “no one will believe you.” Then I walked out with my normal guise on and the dream ended.
