Weird girl stuck somewhere

Keep having these dreamless dreams or thoughts being replayed like a broken record that this petite brunette who sometimes dyes her hair from green to blue to sometimes even fuschia is just stuck somewhere waiting for me to come find her.. only thing is my memory is drawing a total blank on how to find her and why I can't find her..
