Elevator

I was in NYC walking around. I went into the Empire State Building and while on the ground level I noticed a large sliding door open and close. I waited for the door to open again and I rushed the door with a crowd of people. We were all in this large room. In front of us was more very large sliding doors. These were the elevator doors. The tickets were $100 to take this election. When the doors open I rushed in. There were these stainless steel handrails mounted to the floor that formed several rows where people would stand between. I walk into a row that was empty. The row I was in had a computer at the far end. I moved back towards the end of the row and when the rows were almost full the door closed. A df in the next row look like he worked there and asked me to move so he could be near the computer. The elevator was absolute huge. It could have held at least eighty people. It began moving up very slowly. I began to imagine how large the cables were that lifted this huge elevator. I had thoughts that the electric would cut out and we were be stuck in the elevator, but I immediately dismissed the thought. That elevator brought us about 3/4 of the hight of the building. I then found myself in the next elevator but it was much smarter and cost $50. I began coming in and out of the dream state at this point. It wasn’t like I was having an actual experience, within the dream, of riding elevators to the top of the building. It was more like I was imagining it. Anyway I imagined having to take a flight of stairs after getting off the second elevator in order to get to the top. I wasn’t deeply in the dream state because it was about time for me to get up anyway. I was laying there in bed thinking how incorrect the dream was because in waking life many years ago I had went to the top of the Empire State Building. There is not one big elevator but several medical sized elevators. But it was a fun dream to have anyway.
