Parachuting out of helicopter with Jeff from athlete X

I was floating around the helicopter which seemed to be falling faster than me, then when it came time to pull the cord, mine wouldn’t open and I couldn’t find the secondary, I signalled to Jeff who seemed to have some kind of rocket pack on… He told me to cling on to the side of a power plant tower, until he pulled my chute out… Which I did, then he eventually sorted it out and we got down. I don’t remember landing, but then we were in an office with a group of kids getting halloween costumes out on… Before that I was in the military and driving a truck that I couldn’t stop, it crashed into people causing a mess which I then had to clean up… A guy in my section said he’d help, but ended up saying he wanted me out of the section… He said something like, everyone wants to be an Indian, but it’s hard for some to speak the language. When I asked if he wanted me out, he said yeah… I was gutted… Flying and military. Neither helped me twig because I haven’t been making suggestions before bed or thinking about becoming lucid enough.
