Buying diapers

I dreamt that I was in my parents bedroom in my old childhood home. There was an unknown woman who felt like my friend Kayonne, and she had two small children, a boy and a girl who appeared to be twins and the woman appeared to be stressed about something. I remember buying a pack of diapers to give to her and at first she refused then she accepted the diapers and said “ God said I will get a half pack of diapers from someone else and the other half from a woman walking a dog.” I replied “ oh wow!” And wondered if the woman was me because I did walk to the store to get the diapers, however I didn’t have a dog. The children seemed happy as they began to walk towards Shaquanna who is my cousin Serena’s best friend, she was eating a snack. I think she was eating peanuts and the children went over to her to get some snacks. I remember saying to the children “ where are you guys trying to go?” And that’s all I remember.
