Legends Of Tomorrow: Inside A Fake Reality

I was walking around the Wave Rider talking urgently to the Time Bureau. Suddenly I disappeared, and the scene changed to the Legends in this sort of medieval banquet room. There was this drink that was poisoning people, and they were trying to figure out what was going on. For some reason, Amaya decided to drink it herself, then realized in horror that she had drunk the poison. Then the Legends were outside, and Ray had inexplicably managed to leap onto a billboard. He disappeared and reappeared on top of a crane, which he immediately lost control of. The crane started hurtling down the street. The Legends were confused by what was going on, as none of it made sense, and Sara decided that whatever it was, it has something to do with this old graveyard. Sara led her team on children's push bikes into the graveyard in question, and Mick Rory started digging up this grave. Buried inside a coffin was the dead body of a future Mick. He was holding a note. Sara took it and read it out loud. It said 'This reality is not real'.
