May be lucid dream

I had a dream that Iam practicing lucid dreaming when I pinch my nose I can breath then I move fingers to a solid object but it doesn't work anyway I can breath even I pinch my nose so I get excited I think iam in lucid dreaming but suddenly dream goes away
