First time experiencing and feeling what it feels like when one is about to enter a dream

I think I was about to lucid dream. I was just lying down, occasionally I felt like moving my body but I stopped myself from doing so, initially, I kept hearing random voices and sounds in my head every now and then. I also could see things like colors in my head faintly, for instance, a semi dark blue sky. However, after a while of not moving my body no matter how much it urged me to do so, I started to hear a very loud sound, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear my fan which was on with its blades spinning in the background, the loud sound resembled a really loud and intense radio crackling sound, kind of like the loud and disturbing crackling sound that rubs on your ears when playing on one of the days in Omori. Unfortunately, at that moment, I couldn’t take the sound and feeling scared, I woke up.
