...I was in the woods and I was looking up at this big board that had roads drawn on it with addresses and times of arrival. It was hard to figure out how I could arrive on time to my house. It changed to some guy going to the local high school but it was almost empty and degraded into some kind of ghost town. I was there, in one of the rooms, with a large stuffie of a white dog. I was talking to the man and I was friendly and I was going to try to get him out of there. I was telling him that lots of people come through but not too many people make it out. I talked to him about the dog and I said it was a good dog. I went over to pet him and he became real. I remember thinking that this strange, magical dog was there before me and that's why I didn't lock the door so he could ramble around. The big, sweet dog laid down in bed and became a stuffed animal again. I guess I was worried about him but, then again, he could take better care of himself than I could. I'd gotten lost here and now lived in this ghost town for such a long time...
